Mr. Ifan ab Owen Edwards succeeded, on the death of his father, Sir O. M. Edwards, to the Editorship of the Cymru'r Plant, the Welsh Children's National magazine. In 1921 Mr. Edwards founded 'Yr Urdd,' or the Welsh League of Youth.
