Described by E. SIMS-HILDITCH (at the Piano)
THIS programme, which has been arranged and will be described by Mr. E. Sims-Hilditch , will form a brief review of English music from Elizabethan days to the present time. By means of explanatory notes and examples, played or sung, the striking difference between old and modern music will be shown, and itwill be highly interesting to note the gradual development from the simple folk tune to the intricate construction of present day music. Mr. Sims-Hilditch, who is a widely-experienced musician, will himself accompany the artists.
