Continue with successive layers of Orchestra, securing as much variety in flavour as possible by adding one by one others of the ingredients as fancy may suggest. Shake in a soupcon of Navy or Army and add a suspicion of "Mr. Everyman." Use a moderate-sized Studio and stir the mixture as briskly as possible to a delicate froth.
