(Repeated Wednesday, 11.15 a.m.)

Mrs. Dale has been rather depressed because Elliots no longer want her to advertise the safety harness and she had an attack of nerves before the garden fete. Jenny met some old film friends at the fete and was angry with Bob because he spent most of his time with Molly Baxter. Janet has tried to contact Carl, but he has continued to avoid her. She decides to tell Flip Frimley the truth about Carl and the child in case he prints the wrong sort of story.
