Mr. Maxwell persuaded Pillski to apply for a job at Stockport and Jones, the big store in Exton. To his delight he was given the part of Father Christmas. The Baxters have agreed to let Molly go to Switzerland with a school party. Bob Dale has had some awkward moments with Gilbert Durrell , the Sales Manager at Elliot's, but by skilful handling of a business deal he has now established a better relationship. George and Sue have accepted Mrs. Dale's invitation to stay with her till the new hotel is ready.
