Bob was taken aback at the price the Mortensens want for their land near the garage but Mr. Ransome thinks it is worth pursuing. Mrs. Elliott's baby has arrived-thank goodness. (So that is Lionel Smithson 's first important case ' here nicely dealt with.) Mother is very pleased with Johnnie HarviU (they did the accounts together) and the sales are well up.
