In this programme, which was recorded in Kenya, Glyn Roberts shows you a little of the life of a District Commissioner and a District Officer — coping with finance, mixing with the ' locals,' learning the language, and so on. Their experiences serve as a guide for all who wish to enter the Colonial Service with its many branches.
