Mrs. Dale, the doctor's wife, records the daily happenings in the life of her family
Script by Hazel Adair
Produced by Antony Kearey
Mrs. Sandiman apologised to Mrs. Dale for her behaviour over the Nursing Home. The dance at the ' Sutherland' was a great success, although it did not raise as much money as had been hoped.
Mr. Belkins had a heart attack at the Dales' house and had to be put in the spare room. Maud French called to tell Mrs. Freeman that she was going to Australia to lecture to the Aborigines. Tiffin got engaged to Mrs. Meadows. Madge Curran asked Gwen if she would share a Scandinavian girl to look after the children; David was offered a job doing murals in a Kensington nursery. Bob passed his exam. Mr. Owen, however, still refused his consent to Bob and Jenny's engagement, so Bob decided to travel to Wales and talk to him personally.
