This is the one about a ship 42 minutes away from plunging into a sun, which is in fact a living organism. It takes over the crew who lumber around growling "Burn with me." Bearing striking similarities with Planet of Evil (a 1975 Tom Baker), this episode is told almost in real time and benefits hugely from the creative precision of director Graeme Harper. David Tennant is at his most heroic and intense, as writer Chris Chibnall puts the Doctor through agonies. PM
