In each show a team of academically brilliant young people, the 'Clevers' take on a team who some might think are a little bit 'Stupid'. The two teams face quirky challenges that test all different areas of their intelligence, rather than simply measuring IQ and conventional intelligence.  With the help of psychologists, the games have been designed to level the playing field between the two teams, making it a fair fight.

Using games based on psychological research the show tests the teams' creativity, their emotional intelligence, their physical dexterity and practical skills.

The winner is decided in a dramatic final round called The Ultimate Mind Game that uses state of the art equipment to test the contestants' brainpower and focus.

A team of supermarket staff take on a musical prodigy, a doctor of pharmacology, an Oxford biologist and a mathematical genius. They are determined to prove to anyone who has ever called them stupid that the customer is not always right.   

The teams must use their creative intelligence to save 24 eggs from an 8 foot drop; get practical in a race that relies on their navigation skills; turn liar and detective in an emotional intelligence test; and show their physical prowess when they make a sandwich wearing goggles that turn the world upside down.

Five young British men take on the challenge of a lifetime - to spend four months travelling the world, taking on some of the most deadly creatures and hostile places on the planet.

After two months on the road, they have arrived in blistering heat of the Namibian bush for their fifth challenge - to join the Ju-Wasi tribe of San Bushmen on a traditional hunt in an extremely inhospitable environment. 

The hunter-gatherer way of life practiced by the Bushmen goes back to the dawn of mankind, and they are supremely skilled in surviving in a place that has little food, virtually no water and arid, baking heat. Top hunter Duee has taken on the task of turning the five Brits into expert trackers and hunters in just six days - if they survive that long.

They must learn to take food wherever they can find it, seek out muddy water in any crevice and make fire to ward off predators. Easton might be feeling pretty good after being named Carlito's top tribesman in the Amazon, but how will he deal with the heat and will he still be at Nick's throat after spats in Mexico and Brazil? Can veggie Ben really hack it as a hunter?

Lucas keeps the police at bay, but may have actually made things worse. Ricky learns who really grassed up Sam and isn't happy and Bradley finally severs his ties with Stacey.

Jordan can't stop thinking about the body in the Summerhouse. Denise is shocked when DC Cunningham reveals the body was Trina's. At the police station Cunningham questions Lucas about his recent dealings with Trina and is unimpressed by his religious zeal.

Denise tells Jane it's a good thing Trina's dead, they're better off without her. Cunningham tells Lucas that their neighbours have suggested that Trina was causing trouble for him and Denise. Knowing that Trina's refusal to grant him a divorce would have been frustrating, Cunningham suggests that Denise must have hated her, but Lucas denies it.

Back home, Lucas tells Jordan that Trina's dead. DC Cunningham returns, but this time she's come to see Denise, not Lucas.

Ricky's furious with Whitney. When Peggy suggests new ways to upset Archie, Ricky's forced to admit it was Whitney, not Archie, who told the police about Sam. Visiting Sam in prison, Ricky realises she only cares about herself and breaks up with her.

Bianca and Ricky talk and nearly kiss, but are interrupted when Ricky's phone rings; it's Jack, who tells Ricky that Whitney didn't grass up Sam, Bianca did.  

Syd thinks Bradley's changed his mind about Canada because he still has feelings for Stacey. Bradley tells her about Stacey's bipolar diagnosis. Noah shows Bradley a picture he's drawn of them skiing in Canada.

Someone's changed Peter's 'Matesgate' status to 'Peter rides the Branning bike'. He tries to talk to Lauren, who is still angry and upset. Max confronts Peter, who admits what's happened. Max tells Peter to stay away from Lauren. 

Syed's jealous when he sees James leaving Christian's flat, and is relieved to discover they're just friends. When James admits to Syed he's always been a bit in love with Christian, Syed tries to convince him not to get involved.

Sixteen-year-old Kim also battled with baby blues. Once a wild child, Stoke-based Kim had to curb her partying when she fell pregnant at 14 and is now a mum to 7-month-old Heidi. Kim has had to grow up fast and faces big decisions about her future; but it's more typical teen concerns that are preoccupying Kim - like should she stay with her boyfriend.
