Today at air stations all over the country flying displays are being given to celebrate the Battle of Britain. One of the main centres is St. Athan, and television cameras will be there twice this afternoon to watch demonstrations by many different types of aircraft.
This afternoon's events from the Amateur Swimming Association's 1954 meeting at Derby Baths, Blackpool, include the finals of several of the shorter races for men and women.
