[Starring] Derek Bond Ann Hanslip and Jack Watling

The leader of a terrorist group in a British colony is sentenced to hang, and the Governor of the colony, General Harper, rejects an appeal to save the terrorist's life. In retaliation, the terrorists kidnap the Governor's daughter in London, and announce that if their leader hangs, the Governor's daughter will hang at the same stroke of the hour in a place of execution of their choosing
The daughter's fiance, Paul Farrell, decides to ignore the police and to search for her on his own. In a doctor's surgery, which is the London headquarters of the terrorists, he suddenly appears as a patient.
