Bob is joined tonight by one of the leading live bands in Austin, Texas - The Band of Heathens.

The band formed in 2006 when its three principle songwriters started performing together at a weekly gig at Austin club Momos. Largely improvised and unrehearsed, the shows quickly gained in popularity and The Band of Heathens was born.

After releasing a Live From Momos album, they were named 'best new band' at the Austin Music Awards, and followed this up with a tour of the USA and a second live album.

Their debut studio album was released last year and they play live songs from it on tonight's show.

Performing live this evening are Texan soul trio The Band of Heathens, who since 2006 have released three albums, the first two of which were live recordings.
