As part of the National Trust's centenary celebrations, Debbie Thrower visits five National Trust properties. Today she goes to St Michael 's Mount, which stands half a mile off the Cornish coast, connected to the mainland by a stone causeway. She talks to some of the people whose lives are ruled by the tide and the weather.
