As part of the Weymouth
Tall Ships Festival, Richard Baker introduces a maritime prom concert from a special arena on the beach.
Kenneth Alwyn conducts the BBC Concert Orchestra and the Ambrosian Singers. The audience, including many crew members of the visiting ships, join in with "Sailing" and sea shanties.
