Produced by ALLAN GILES colonel JAEGER died on Sunday, 27 September 1970. For almost 20 years he was Director of Music of the Irish Guards. In 1963 he was appointed Senior Director of Music the Brigade of Guards, and in December 1968 he became Senior Director of Music of the British Army and Chief Instructor the Royal Military School of Music, Kneller Hall.
