Jenny has accepted a part in a play although it will have only one performance. Mrs. Dale has agreed to look after the twins but finds that they and Bryan are a handful-especially as she has put her back out again. Gwen has not been finding it easy to be a mother and a full-time student. Larry Jackson has been given the sack by Bob Dale , and Lois and Neville have told him that he must stand on his own feet. Ruby and Sydney have spent too much money on food and have had to return from Paris a week early.
