Nick Lowe, voted the person who contributed most to British rock music in 1978 by the Radio 1 DJs at the recent British Rock and Pop Awards presentation, joins Kid Jensen to review the week's new records. Not only a solo artist - 'I Love the Sound of Breaking Glass' was his recent British hit - Nick Lowe is much in demand as a record producer. He has been responsible for numerous successful albums and singles from Graham Parker and the Rumour, Wreckless Eric, Dr Feelgood, all the Elvis Costello albums and most recently, the Pretenders.
