Heart Attack presented by Brian J. Ford
Coronary heart disease is the biggest killer disease of the western world. On current evidence a quarter of deaths are due to the heart attack. Almost everything we do, eat or drink - from coffee to kippers and from stress to sleep - has at sometime been held responsible.
Tonight's programme assesses the state of knowledge about heart attacks and outlines the recent developments in the prevention and treatment of heart disease. The contributors include some of the leading cardiologists in the world.
At 8.30 pm you can ring BRIAN J. FonD in the studio and put your questions direct to a panel of heart specialists. Producer Michael bright
