Radio's correspondence programme, which reflects listeners' own views on current topics, presents a special Sunday selection of letters with all the family in mind
Introduced by WALTER TAPLIN
The producer writes:
After the first Sunday Listening Post one angry chap told us that some people couldn'listen because they had gone to church. Well, some people seem to get home in time because the letters are flowing in-Quite a few of them on this point of what one can, or ought, to do on Sunday. Church-going, pub hours, motoring, and sport have all been discussed.
Soon, perhaps, there'll be another national habit: people (back from church) will listen and then write their letter-on any current topic —to the next edition of ... Sunday Listening Post, BBC, P.O. Box 1AA, London, W.I.
