Tha Sona cho toilichte an-diugh. Sona is very happy today.

Tha Sona air cus sùgh òl is tha sin ga fhàgail làn spionnadh is toilichte! Sona has drunk too much juice and that leaves him full of energy and happy!

Tha  Sona air a bhith trang a’ fàsgadh dhearcan ach tha e air cus den t-sùgh òl –  tha sin ga fhàgail nas beòthail’ ‘s nas toilicht’ na bha e o chionn fhada.  Abair gu bheil deagh ghumbladh a’ gabhail àit’!

Sona has been busy pulping berries but he’s drunk too much of the juice – this has made him livelier and happier than he’s been for quite a while. There’s a lot of Gumbling taking place!
