Mary surprises Lorraine Kelly and daughter Rosie with some delicious time-saving recipes.

Mary surprises Lorraine Kelly on the set of her show to teach her and daughter Rosie some delicious time-saving recipes, including a fragrant Thai-style beef stir-fry and sea bream with samphire.

Mary comes to the rescue of queen of daytime TV, Lorraine Kelly, and her daughter Rosie. Like many people, Lorraine leads such a busy life that cooking has taken a back seat. She has relied on daughter Rosie’s culinary skills, but Rosie is about to fly to nest and wants to make sure Lorraine can fend for herself.

Mary surprises Lorraine on the set of her live show to teach her some delicious time-saving recipes that are simple enough for even a beginner cook to master: a fragrant Thai-style beef stir-fry, sea bream with samphire, an aromatic Thai chicken noodle soup, a mixed-bean chilli, and an apple and pear open pie.
