Nadiya demonstrates some simple spices for deliciously quick and easy dishes, from a wicked breakfast muffin to an epic cottage pie with a twist and a sensational spiced fruit pudding.

Nadiya calls on her simple spices once again to create deliciously easy dishes to whip up with barely any effort at all: a wickedly cheeky spin on a classic breakfast muffin, a succulent crab bhuna with green beans and red peppers, a rich, unctuous cinnamon beef crowned with red leicester mashed potato and baked eggs, and a lavish pineapple, fennel and ice-cream pudding for even the laziest of days.

Meanwhile, award-winning Cumbria baker Lisa Smith shares the secrets to a centuries-old Cumbrian fruit loaf, the westmorland pepper cake, all but lost to history but brought back to life by Lisa and now loved once again by Lake District locals.
