Meanwhile, Chris asks whether people need to pay more attention to their gut bacteria, Danny Crates investigates if it is true that blueberries, peppermint and even ice cream can boost brainpower, and with charcoal increasingly added to certain foods, is it a secret  weapon for all-round health, or just a fleeting, fashionable fad?
