Returning contenders Johnnie Mountain and Aiden Byrne along with newcomer Simon Rogan compete for the chance to cook at a glittering Olympic banquet. They kick things off with their starters - but which chef is going to be first off the blocks?

Johnnie makes foie gras ice cream, cherry ravioli and ibérico ham; Aiden black cherry and foie gras terrine with palm sugar mousse; Simon's entry is grilled salad, truffle custard, cheese foam and cobnut crisp.
