The Natural World

on BBC Two England

Amazon: the Flooded Forest Narrated by Anthony Hopkins.
The first of two films about some of the most extraordinary areas of the Amazon rainforest. Vast stretches, flooded by up to
12 metres of water for half the year, are home to a range of remarkable creatures.
Dolphins weave through the maze of tree trunks and fruit-eating fish swim between the branches. In the canopy above water lives the strangest monkey in the world - the white-furred, bald-headed uakari. Executive producer MICHAEL ROSENBERG
