Where the public sets the agenda
Earls Court in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is one of the most crowded places in Europe. Its ever-shifting population of 15,000 is a mixture of more than 90 nationalities. Not only is it a royal borough, it is also a red light district with a high level of prostitution, a large gay scene and three times the national average of drug overdoses.
The Open Space team went on to the streets and talked to anyone who would talk to them.
