Hope Bourne - Woman of Exmoor

on BBC Two England

For the last ten years Hope Bourne has lived alone in a tiny caravan in one of the wildest parts of Exmoor. She is a tough, independent woman, determined to survive the hardships of the intolerant moor. In this film, made during the bleak days of winter, she describes the joy and the heartaches of her solitary way of life.
