Richard Burton and Robert Ryan star in this exciting saga of two men who clash bitterly in business, private life, and finally politics during Alaska's battle for statehood.
At the end of World War I Zeb Kennedy is forced to look for work in Alaska. His life is saved by Thor Storm , but Zeb's passion for Thor's fiancée starts a long struggle between the two men which spans three generations.
