In September Tony Redmond took another team of British doctors into Sarajevo. At the time, the ceasefire was still holding but the city was tense and full of uncertainty.
More than half of Sarajevo's doctors have been killed or have managed to escape. Those left behind struggle on, with very little hope for the future.
