Fame: Claudia Bradley

on BBC Two England

with John Pitman

This year 5,000 little girls who wanted to be famous auditioned to take over the title role in the hit West End musical Annie. The part went to 10-year-old Claudia Bradley, a girl who had never before performed professionally, but had dreamed of playing Annie from the time she first saw the show.

The last film of this series follows Claudia from her home in Leeds to London, through the rehearsals and the press and photo calls, and on to the stage for her opening night, when a new star is born.
