The author of tonight's play is one of the foremost television playwrights in America today, and in "Dark Pilgrimage" he has written a gripping and unusual thriller. Set in the New Hampshire home of General Bell in the year 1911, it is built around the General's three daughters, Emily, Charlotte and Ann. Charlotte's husband has been murdered some time before the play opens, and although the case was then though to have been solved, Charlotte has been receiving a number of anonymous letters accusing her of being a murderess...
