The NHS in Britain is short of 20,000 nurses. In Spain, however, there is a surplus. This Trouble at the Top special follows a group of nurses from Seville as they take up posts in London and Stockport hospitals. They can barely speak English and have problems with the technology, but the patients begin to warm to them. Then a newspaper starts a campaign to get them sent home. Will the nurses stick it out?
