40 Minutes: The Burny Mob Go Wild

on BBC Two England

Kev, Bugsy, Gaily, Steve and the rest of the gang call themselves the Burny Mob after the stream - the Burny - that runs past the huge council estates in Dundee, where they live. They go from their grim streets to the beautiful. uninhabited Isle of Scarba, on a tough nine-day survival course. They emerge from the gloomy statistics of crime and unemployment as a group of canny individuals full of potential.
