In a corner of Regent's Park, covering 36 acres, is one of the oldest and most respected zoos. As a living library of the animal kingdom its comprehensive collection of species has commanded worldwide public and scientific acclaim.
As well as its animals, the Zoological Society of London has to maintain research establishments and an important zoological reference library.
