A six-part consumer series in which presenter Kirsty Young and her team of expert troubleshooters - a lawyer, a doctor and a building expert -ۥ each week visit an ordinary street, meet the residents and set about trying to solve their various problems. The first programme comes from Thorntons Close, Pelton, County Durham and the issues of concern include a health and safety risk and some troublesome cats.
