'Chaucer's London' - the 1972 Summer Exhibition at the London Museum draws not only on known public collections but on private collections as well. Collector's World has followed the development of this re-creation of the atmosphere of 14th-century London.
Ship models made in bone, ivory and boxwood were sometimes so delicate that only human hair was fine enough for the rigging. Hugh Scully will be talking to Norman Boyd about a selection of ship models in the studio.
