Stranded by fog in an overcrowded London hotel,
Leslie invades the bedroom of a young lawyer. She 'steals' his bed, his pyjamas and his breakfast and disappears leaving a message, 'From Lady X'. This screwball comedy, lavishly produced and shot in colour, follows the romantic adventures and misadventures of Leslie and Logan until the inevitable happy ending.
