Quo Vadis

Marcus Vinicius , victorious after the British wars, returns to claim his due in Rome. While waiting for
Emperor Nero's summons to enter the city, he meets and falls in love with the beautiful Lygia, without knowing she has become a convert to a new religion - Christianity. Meanwhile, in Rome, the insane Nero dreams of burning down the Imperial City so that a new one, bearing his own name, can replace it. A cast of thousands, massive sets and dramatic action feature in this epic set in the early years of the Christian faith.
