Strangeways Prison highlighted overcrowding in Britain's jails. Tonight,
Public Eye examines the medical care available for those falling ill in prison. Doctors in the prison medical service claim it is failing to provide basic care. They fear for those at risk from suicide who, they claim, are left unsupervised for long periods in squalid hospital cells.
