Featuring this week: Moneymaker Investment Competition
Professionals, serious and not so serious investors, children, even a dog or two - all joined in to make up nearly 5,000 entrants for this competition. The aim: to predict which of 500 or so Unit Trusts would perform best in 1982. The prize: £100's worth of Units to invest in the winner's chosen fund. After the summer turmoil in the stock markets round the world, where do the competitors stand now as they move into the final quarter of the competition year?
