The Little Train to Lynton: Success to the Railway

In 1898 one of Britain's best-loved branch lines was opened from Barnstaple to Lynton in north Devon. It was closed in 1935, killed by the motor car. In this, the first of two films, former passengers recall the magic of the railway.
