A dramatic account of the short life of Bosnian anarchist Gavrilo Princip who at the age of 17, incensed by the occupation of his homeland by the Austro/Hungarian Empire, opened fire on Archduke Ferdinand, precipitating the Great War. Having learnt of the plans for a parade in Sarajevo on 28 June 1914, a national holiday, the strong-willed Princip decides he must take action and sets out for the capital.
