In the second of six programmes, travelling chef Gary Rhodes stops off in Northumbria where he meets fishermen, farmers and friars, encounters the man who grows the world's largest leeks, discovers a new recipe - Newcastle Brown Bread - and cooks up something special at Bamburgh Castle. On the menu: mushroom risotto with crispy black pudding, roasted cod and gypsy tart.
