Empire City some time in the future: the lives of twins Henry Petosa and Freddy Ace, who were separated at birth, couldn't be more different. Henry is a shy and retiring motor mechanic, while smooth and ruthless hood Freddy Ace's career with gang boss Mr Paris is on the up. Although both are unaware of the other's existence, a twist of fate puts Henry and Freddy's vastly differing worlds on a collision course.
