Not every police constable can hope to see a life-long dream come true-especially if his dream is to make hundreds of acres of some of the loveliest - and most expensive - land in Britain a permanent sanctuary for wildlife. Oddly enough it was the coming of a vast modern industrial plant to the middle of Anglesey that enabled PC Ken Williams to realise his ambition.
