Peter Tinniswood wanted to be a writer from the age of 4 when he first read aloud his composition to Mrs Pawson 's class. Years later, after having worked as a newspaper reporter in South Yorkshire and as a writer for
TW3, Peter Tinniswood is a successful novelist and television sitcom writer, whose Brandon family in I Didn't Know You Cared endeared themselves to millions.
