In her native city she meets two people who share some hope for Liverpool's future, one of its Bishops and the woman who chairs the Police Committee. She visits the Chinese community, Netherley and Toxteth and concludes: 'It's too late. Someone's murdered Liverpool and got away with it.' Narration
