All mothers want to build stronger, happier relationships with their husbands and children. To do this they need time to develop their own individuality.

Without support this is difficult and the family can suffer. A number of us in Linton, Cambridgeshire, solved our problems by forming a self-help group. Now MAST has 52 branches throughout the British Isles.
