The Natural World: Grand Canyon - from Dinosaurs to Dams

on BBC Two England

The Grand Canyon is a wonderland for the naturalist, with its waterfalls, hanging gardens and amazing wildlife.
Seventy million years ago it was a home to dinosaurs, but today it provides a dramatic but sometimes harsh habitat for bighorn sheep, tarantula hawks and lizards, some of which have been affected by the building of two huge dams. Narrated by Tim Pigott-Smith . See today's choices.
